Breaks easily had to buy this replacement part

Worst part of the scooter. It broke almost immediately. Its a plastic part that is very top heavy and stupidly designed. Metall screws are holding this plastic part causing it to fail due to vibration fatigue. I had to reinforce it myself using a self made metall bracket that evens the pressure where the screws hold the part. I tried to contact Hitway if they would offer to replace it for free or know of a way to reinforce it but I still havent got an answer. The part is also kinda expensive because they only sell it with the light installed. It's such a shame really because I love this scooter. Almost everything is sturdy and made of aluminium except for this part. Please Hitway make a better version of this part that is out of metall or at least not so top heavy.
