The HITWAY e-bike is equipped with a 250W 36V motor, which can easily climb a 25-degree slope. Built-in 11.2AH removable battery. Depending on the mode, the maximum range can be up to 35-90 km for 4-5 hours on a single charge. If you like thrills and challenges, you can ride this mountain bike for a non-stop adventure.
🚲Advanced Design
HITWAY bike features an aluminum alloy body, high strength, and net weight is only 26.6kg. The foldable design is easy to carry and space-saving. The hollow seat design is not only comfortable but also avoids water accumulation. There's also an easy-to-read LCD display (which shows battery, mileage, speed, error codes, etc.) and headlights and reflectors to keep you safe.
🚲Upgraded Shifting
You can choose from 2 riding modes (moped mode and normal pedal mode). In normal pedal mode, a 7-speed Shimano transmission system and mechanical transmission gears can be realized, and you can experience a peculiar acceleration experience. In moped mode, you will experience an unexpectedly fast driving experience.
🚲Excellent Shock Absorption
Equipped with a front suspension with front and seat shock absorbers, high-volume low-pressure tires also act as additional shock absorbers, providing more balance and control on rough mountain roads. The front and rear double disc brakes and electronic brakes realize all-around safe driving protection.
🚲 Note: In August, we launched the HITWAY BK6 integrated wheel and spoke wheel bike at the same time. The shock absorption performance of the two is further improved, bringing you a better experience. We recommend optimal user size between 165cm and 190cm. You can choose the style that suits you according to your preference. Please fully understand both products before placing an order. At the same time, please abide by local traffic laws, we do not accept returns due to illegal driving.
All our products have a warranty of 12 months applicable from the date of receipt of the order or provision of it at the point of withdrawal.
Warranty Support
In the event of a product failure or nonconformity, please follow the steps below to get support.
- Contact our after-sales service and provide the details of your order (Order number) with a good explanation of the problem and if possible attach photos of the problem. Your order number is available in your customer account in the tab "My Orders".
- An agent of our After Sales Service will contact you within 24 hours to give you the procedure to follow for a repair, a replacement, or a refund.
- For a repair: we will send you a prepaid return label that will allow you to return the product. Once the product is repaired, we will ship it back to you. All the procedures can take 21 days from the day you contact us to signal the problem.
- For a replacement: we will send you a prepaid return label that will allow you to return the product. After receiving the package returned by the customer, our warehouse will send you another identical brand-new product. (The re-shipment is made within 24 hours after receipt of the returned product)
- For a refund: our after-sales service will examine the case and will refund you if the product has been used for a period less or equal to one month. Beyond one month of use, only repair or exchange is accepted.
- The warranty covers the entire product except for the consumables.
Cancellation of the Warranty
The products sold are covered by a guarantee of 12 months. As a result, the customer is not authorized to repair his product himself or have it repaired by a third party without our prior authorization. Any disassembly, skinning, or repair of the product by the customer or by a third party causes the immediate cancellation of the guarantee. In case of a quality problem with the product, the customer is asked to contact us as soon as possible for complete and free support instead of trying to solve the problem alone or by tier.

We can ship to Denmark, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Austria, Greece, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Belgium, France, Poland, Ireland, Estonia, Sweden, Lithuania, Romania, Finland, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, United States.
Some remote regions and postcodes also do not ship, such as 97000-97999, 98100-98999, 00200, 35000-35999, 38000-38999, 51000-51999, 52000-52999.
If we can't ship to your address, we will notify you to change the shipping address or give you a refund. After receiving your reply, we will handle it for you within two hours.
Shipping From
We have warehouses in mainland Europe, the UK, and the USA. We will ship to the nearest warehouse and the shipping methods will also depend on your location, such as DPD, DHL, GLS, SEUR, BRT, Tuffnells, LA POSTE, and GEODIS.
NOTE: As the shipping fees have risen a lot recently in Ireland, our company cannot implement free shipping at the original selling price, so the orders from Ireland need to pay extra 20 Euros of shipping fee. We only provide free shipping on orders over €400 in Ireland.
Track My Order
Our delivery time starts when an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.
You will also be able to track your order in your account.
Two Shipping Options for US Customers
When your destination country is the USA, you can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.
STANDARD DELIVERY:

Tax and Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times, and shipping costs. All relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
