Warranty

All our products have a warranty of 12 months applicable from the date of receipt of the order or provision of it at the point of withdrawal.

Warranty Support

In the event of a product failure or nonconformity, please follow the steps below to get support.

  1. Contact our after-sales service and provide the details of your order (Order number) with a good explanation of the problem and if possible attach photos of the problem. Your order number is available in your customer account in the tab "My Orders".
  2. An agent of our After Sales Service will contact you within 24 hours to give you the procedure to follow for a repair, a replacement, or a refund.
  • For a repair: we will send you a prepaid return label that will allow you to return the product. Once the product is repaired, we will ship it back to you. All the procedures can take 21 days from the day you contact us to signal the problem.
  • For a replacement: we will send you a prepaid return label that will allow you to return the product. After receiving the package returned by the customer, our warehouse will send you another identical brand-new product. (The re-shipment is made within 24 hours after receipt of the returned product)
  • For a refund: our after-sales service will examine the case and will refund you if the product has been used for a period less or equal to one month. Beyond one month of use, only repair or exchange is accepted.
  • The warranty covers the entire product except for the consumables.

Cancellation of the Warranty

The products sold are covered by a guarantee of 12 months. As a result, the customer is not authorized to repair his product himself or have it repaired by a third party without our prior authorization. Any disassembly, skinning, or repair of the product by the customer or by a third party causes the immediate cancellation of the guarantee. In case of a quality problem with the product, the customer is asked to contact us as soon as possible for complete and free support instead of trying to solve the problem alone or by tier.

Shipping Area

We can ship to Denmark, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Austria, Greece, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Belgium, France, Poland, Ireland, Estonia, Sweden, Lithuania, Romania, Finland, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, United States.

Some remote regions and postcodes also do not ship, such as 97000-97999, 98100-98999, 00200, 35000-35999, 38000-38999, 51000-51999, 52000-52999.

If we can't ship to your address, we will notify you to change the shipping address or give you a refund. After receiving your reply, we will handle it for you within two hours.

Shipping From

We have warehouses in mainland Europe, the UK, and the USA. We will ship to the nearest warehouse and the shipping methods will also depend on your location, such as DPD, DHL, GLS, SEUR, BRT, Tuffnells, LA POSTE, and GEODIS.

NOTE: As the shipping fees have risen a lot recently in Ireland, our company cannot implement free shipping at the original selling price, so the orders from Ireland need to pay extra 20 Euros of shipping fee. We only provide free shipping on orders over €400 in Ireland.

Track My Order

Our delivery time starts when an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

You will also be able to track your order in your account.

Two Shipping Options for US Customers

When your destination country is the USA, you can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

STANDARD DELIVERY:

  • 3-7 business days
  • Standard delivery is free for all orders. The discount applies automatically at the checkout.
  • During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.

EXPRESS DELIVERY:

  • 1-3 business days
  • During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.
  • Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delays in the delivery.

Tax and Duties

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times, and shipping costs. All relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

  1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For more information regarding our warranty process, please review our Warranty Terms.
  2. Shipping times can be affected by public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.
  3. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from past data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
  4. Some of our products are shipped free of charge, depending on your location and the product you are purchasing.
